I, Ajmer Singh, an aquaculture farmer having deep knowledge and experience in various fields of aquaculture such as fish farming, shrimp farming, oyster farming, mariculture, cage culture, algaculture, bio flock, aquaponics, hydroponics, water weeds, ornamental fish. I also have deep knowledge and experience in fishing techniques covering the super-specialty in farming, breeding, hatching, nursery, weening, maturation, nutrition, improving spices by selection methods and cryomilt preservation in a sustainable environment. I am also a specialist in wastewater treatment.

I had started fish farming with a capital of four-figure amount two decades ago. I have 26 years experience of farming fish, shrimps, mud crabs, mussels, water weeds, planktons in labs, tanks, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, backwaters and sea banks with sustainable aquaculture. Due to this, I am creating more than 500 jobs directly or indirectly. I feel proud to contribute to my nation above two million rupees as income tax and more than two lakh kilograms of aqua products yearly.

Recently I feel honored to get sponsorship from the Indian Agricultural Ministry for participating 27th International Fisheries Exhibition, DanFish International in Denmark. I was the only fish farmer becoming a part of Indian delights, scientists and bureaucrats from 9th to 11th October 2019 in Aalborg.
